What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a refund of the deposit minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, since we've already begun planning, sourcing, and scheduling staff.

Guest count adjustments are easy — we ask for final numbers 7 to 10 days before the event. Small changes are usually accommodated without issue; larger swings may require a revised proposal so we can adjust portions and pricing.
