Booking is simple

From first inquiry to event day, here's exactly what to expect.

    Consultation

    Reach out via our quote form, phone, or WhatsApp with your event date, guest count, and any details you have. We'll respond within 1 to 2 business days to start the conversation.

    Design Proposal

    We send a custom menu proposal tailored to your theme, guest count, and budget — including styling notes, dessert options, and pricing.

  3. 3

    Dessert Curation

    Once you approve the menu, our pastry team makes every item fresh at our central kitchen in the days leading up to your event.

  4. 4

    Delivery & Setup

    Our professional styling team arrives on-site, sets risers and linens, arranges every dessert by hand, and ensures the table is photo-ready before guests arrive.

  5. 5

    You Enjoy

    Just show up — we handle everything from setup to breakdown. You get to enjoy your event while guests rave about the dessert table.

Lead Times

What to Expect

For a fully styled dessert table, we recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead of your event. This gives us time to colour-match props, finalize your menu, and source any custom-made items.

Two weeks is our minimum lead time for a full dessert table setup with prop styling.

Need something sooner? We can often accommodate dessert catering on one week's notice (drop-off dessert platters and individual items) — no full table styling, but the same quality desserts you'd find on our tables.

Corporate recurring orders (weekly office treats, monthly client gifting) can be set up on shorter lead times once we have your account on file.
