Our bakery is in Richmond Hill, which makes this the easiest city we serve for wedding work — tastings happen here, and setup runs on a short drive rather than a cross-GTA one. Our team knows the event halls along Yonge Street and Bayview Avenue and the loading arrangements each one prefers.
Wedding dessert tables run on a longer timeline than anything else we do: three to six months ahead is comfortable, and Toronto's wedding season runs May through October, so peak Saturdays go first. A 50% deposit reserves the date; the menu, the palette, and the final guest count are all settled much closer to the day.
We plan two to three pieces per guest, colour-matched to your palette, and we arrive 60 to 90 minutes before guests to style the table on-site. If your cake is coming from our sister brand VaVa Designer Cakes, the two are designed together so they read as one moment in the room rather than two separate orders.
