Dessert Tables and Catering in Toronto

Downtown deliveries are their own logistics problem, and it is the part clients most often forget to plan. Condo party rooms have booking windows and service elevators; office towers have loading docks, dock managers, and certificates of insurance; hotel venues want a setup slot agreed in advance. We schedule around all three, and your setup window is confirmed before the day rather than negotiated on it.

The most-ordered downtown formats are breakfast croissant trays for Financial District offices, styled dessert tables for condo and loft celebrations, and late-night sweet tables at hotel weddings.

Toronto weddings split between downtown venues and hotel ballrooms, and the dessert table is usually planned around the room rather than the other way round. Loft and Liberty Village receptions tend toward a compact styled table; hotel ballrooms take a full-length spread and often a late-night station once dancing starts.

Wedding dessert tables run on a longer timeline than anything else we do: three to six months ahead is comfortable, and Toronto's wedding season runs May through October, so peak Saturdays go first. A 50% deposit reserves the date; the menu, the palette, and the final guest count are all settled much closer to the day.

We plan two to three pieces per guest, colour-matched to your palette, and we arrive 60 to 90 minutes before guests to style the table on-site.
