Vaughan is really several communities, and the orders differ by neighbourhood. Woodbridge brings us the largest wedding sweet tables we style anywhere — the banquet halls along Highway 7 and Regional Road 27 expect a generous spread. Maple and Thornhill lean toward showers, milestone birthdays, and family celebrations at home.

Concord is almost entirely corporate: the business parks off Keele and Dufferin order breakfast pastry trays and boxed desserts for team mornings and client visits, usually on a recurring schedule with net-30 invoicing.

Vaughan's banquet halls host some of the largest weddings in the GTA, and the sweet table is a tradition rather than an add-on. The Woodbridge halls along Highway 7 and Regional Road 27 expect a full-length spread, and we design and staff to that scale.

Wedding dessert tables run on a longer timeline than anything else we do: three to six months ahead is comfortable, and Toronto's wedding season runs May through October, so peak Saturdays go first. A 50% deposit reserves the date; the menu, the palette, and the final guest count are all settled much closer to the day.

We plan two to three pieces per guest, colour-matched to your palette, and we arrive 60 to 90 minutes before guests to style the table on-site.
