What size dessert table suits a birthday party?

Accepted Answer

For 20 to 40 guests, a 6-foot table with 6 to 8 dessert types works well. For 50 to 100 guests we move to an 8-foot table with 8 to 12 types plus a centrepiece cake. We plan 2 to 3 pieces per guest, so nobody arrives late to an empty table.

Can you match a party theme or colour scheme?

Accepted Answer

Yes — themes are where our styling team has the most fun. Send the colour scheme or theme and we tint desserts, choose props from our library, and match linens and signage. Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and baby showers are all regular requests.

Question 3

Do you cater children's parties?

Accepted Answer

We do. For kids' parties we lean toward smaller portions, brighter colours, and items that are easy to eat standing up — cake pops, mini tarts, macarons, and cupcakes. Let us know about allergies in your quote request and we will design the table around them.

Can you cater a small party of 20 to 30 guests?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our dessert platters and trays have lower minimums than a fully styled table, which makes them a good fit for smaller parties, showers, and office gatherings. Styled dessert tables carry a minimum that covers setup and a base dessert variety, so for very small guest counts we'll usually suggest platters — or a compact table if the display matters to you. Send us your numbers and we'll tell you honestly which one fits.

Do you cater engagement parties, graduations, and showers?

Yes — engagement parties, bridal and baby showers, graduations, anniversaries, and milestone birthdays are among the events we style most often. They tend to sit between an office drop-off and a wedding in scale, so we'll usually propose either a compact styled table or a generous platter spread depending on your guest count and whether the dessert display is meant to be a photo moment.
